She is an accomplished finance leader in private-equity backed companies, with a focus on value creation and finance transformation in high growth environments. Nat also owns and operates Warmblood Stallions of North America and continues to grow and develop this powerful stallion marketing platform to complement modern breeding objectives and targeted audiences for the benefit of the North American warmblood breeding industry. Nat’s professional career augments her passion in equestrian breeding and performance. Nat Masin owns and operates Sierra Downs Sporthorse Farms, LLC (“SDSF”) with her breeding partner Lynn Masin, a small warmblood breeding program targeting two to four Hanoverian, Rhineland, or Oldenburg foals per year. This breeding program focuses on producing primarily dressage offspring infused with notable ancestral jumping bloodlines to provide modern sporthorses fit for the ambitious amateur and discerning professional rider. SDSF’s offspring have achieved premium designations and won numerous USDF Breeder’s Championships in the Southern Region, while also landing top placements nationally.
